Artemis Fitness is a strength-focused small group and personal training gym. We are committed to helping members build strength and improve performance through high-quality, effective, and safe training programs. Our training is designed to be accessible to members of all fitness levels. We offer group strength training, a women's strength program, 1:1 training, and a youth strength training program.

We are committed to movement excellence. We take pride in individually assessing each of our members to ensure you are moving safely and comfortably in the gym.
Helping you become stronger physically, better preparing you for everyday life. Think: walking up stairs, carrying your groceries, playing with your kids, picking things up off the floor.
We build strength using a carefully structured annual plan. This means you are training, not just exercising. Your sessions are never random or without clear intent; they are purposefully selected to maximize your time in the gym and make you stronger.
