Tuesday- 6am, 8am, 12pm, 5pm
Wednesday - 5am, 6am, 7am, 12pm, 5pm
Thursday - 6am, 8am, 12pm, 5pm
Friday - 5am, 6am, 7am, 12pm, 5pm
Saturday - 10am
WOMEN’S STRENGTH PROGRAM - Classes are 1 hour
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8am, 6pm
Saturday - 9am
