    Small Group Strength Training

    Our flagship program combines expert coaching with the energy of a small group setting. You’ll follow a progressive program tailored to your experience level, with hands-on guidance every step of the way. Expect smart programming, real results, and a community that pushes you to show up.

    You’ll lift with a coach who knows your goals, your numbers, and your limits — you’re not just following a generic class workout. Every session is structured like personal training… you’ll just happen to have a few training partners at your side!

    Sessions are 1 hour.

    1:1 Training

    Work directly with a coach to create a fully customized training experience built around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to level up, 1:1 coaching gives you the attention, accountability, and flexibility you need to move forward with confidence.

    Women's Program

    Train hard in a space built for you. Our women’s program offers the same strength-focused training as our co-ed sessions, but in an all-women environment that’s supportive, focused, and empowering. Ideal for women who want to learn how to strength train, build muscle, and get strong. Classes are 1 hour.

    Open Gym

    Open Gym is perfect for motivated and experienced lifters who don’t want a commercial gym. No waiting for racks, just barbells, platforms, and room to get strong. You can train solo and access the gym space at any time there is no group session in progress. Gym is accessed via Bluetooth between 5am- 10pm every day.

  • Glute and Core Program

    This 2 x per week program is built for one purpose: developing strong, defined glutes and a resilient, functional core.

    Each session is structured around targeted lower body work and intentional core training. Expect a mix of compound lifts, unilateral work, and smart accessory movements designed to improve muscle tone, stability, and performance.

    Every movement is guided, adjusted, and progressed based on your level.

    This program is available as an add-on to existing membership for $39/month or as a standalone membership for $165/month.
