Small Group Strength Training
1 hour sessions in a group of up to 6 members. We will take you through a progressively overloaded training session tailored to your fitness and skill levels.
Memberships offered for 2, 3, or 4 training sessions per week.

WOMEN'S STRENGTH TRAINING
Train hard in a space built for you. Our women’s program offers the same strength-focused training as our co-ed sessions, but in an all-women environment that’s supportive, focused, and empowering. Ideal for women who want to learn how to strength train, build muscle, and get strong. Classes are 1 hour.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Work directly with a coach to create a fully customized training experience built around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to level up, 1:1 coaching gives you the attention, accountability, and flexibility you need to move forward with confidence.

Glute and Core Program
Strong glutes aren't built by accident. This focused 2x/week program combines progressive glute training with functional core work — the kind that carries over to everything else you do in and out of the gym. Expert-coached, results-driven, and open to all levels.
This program is available as an add-on to existing membership or as a standalone program.

HOW IS ARTEMIS FITNESS DIFFERENT than other gyms?
At Artemis, we train, we don’t just exercise. Every member follows a structured strength program built on progressive overload and clear results. You’ll never walk in and wonder what to do—we provide expert coaching, proven programming, and a supportive environment. Our goal is to cut through the noise, confusion, and misconceptions around strength training to deliver you clear, effective programming. We also prioritize small classes, ensuring individual attention every session.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Start by signing up for a free trial class. During this session we will take you through the training session for the day, following an individual assessment of you and a review of your medical and training history. From here, we will place you in the right level of programming for you. Once you sign up, you can start training right away.
What happens in a trial class?
When you come in for your free trial class, you’ll get a chance to try one of our training sessions, customized for your current level of experience. In this session, you can expect the following:
We'll assess where you are — a quick movement screen so we know how to coach you from day one. If you have any injury or medical history we need to be aware of, we will review this and modify as needed for your session.
You'll train with the group — no sitting on the sidelines, you're in from the start.
We'll talk about next steps — no pressure, just a conversation about your goals and how we can help.
why is strength training so important?
The benefits of strength training for all ages, men and women, almost cannot be overstated. We are passionate about improving lives through strength training.
Strength training is the foundation of long-term health and performance. Unlike other forms of exercise that only burn calories in the moment, strength training builds lean muscle, strengthens bones, and improves joint health—benefits that last for decades, which has direct carryover to your daily life. It’s one of the most effective ways to help prevent injury, boost metabolism, and slow the natural effects of aging.
can i still join if i have an injury or am pregnant?
Yes! Our coaches are skilled at working around and with existing injuries, chronic health conditions, mobility restrictions, and prior injuries. If you are pregnant or postpartum, we are able to modify movements safely for you so that you can continue training during pregnancy and resume after pregnancy. Note that some situations may require medical clearance from your physician.
WHO IS ARTEMIS FITNESS FOR?
We believe strength training is for everyone! Our gym isfor anyone that is serious about beginning strength training. Your experience level does not matter. We have members ranging from complete beginners that have never been in a gym before in their lives, to former college athletes. We will work with you to get you training at your level, safely and comfortably. All we need from you is you to show up and be prepared to challenge yourself in the hour you’re with us.
HOW WILL I KNOW I AM SEEING RESULTS?
You’ll notice progress when the weights feel lighter, everyday tasks get easier, your posture improves, and your energy and confidence grow. At Artemis Fitness, we also track your milestones so you can see your strength gains clearly.
