Artemis Fitness Teens Program
The Artemis Fitness Teens Program is a program designed to help teens build confidence, learn proper movement mechanics, and develop a lifelong foundation for fitness through strength training. Led by experienced coaches, each session focuses on age-appropriate strength training, athletic development, and healthy habit formation—all within a supportive, small-group environment.
Age Groups & Schedule:
No prior training experience is required, and space is limited to ensure individual attention and coaching quality. Teens can join at any time, and we’ll help them get started on the right track.
