Artemis Fitness Teens Program – Summer 2025 Session

The Artemis Fitness Teens Program is an 8-week strength training program designed to build confidence, proper movement mechanics, and a lifelong foundation for fitness. Led by experienced coaches, sessions focus on age-appropriate strength training, athletic development, and habit formation in a supportive environment.

Session Dates:
June 2 – July 25, 2025
Session Length: 8 weeks
Cost: $300 for the full session (16 total sessions)

Age Groups & Schedule:

  • Juniors (Ages 12–14): Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:15–4:45 PM
  • Older Teens (Ages 15–17): Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:15–4:45 PM

Space is limited to maintain a small group environment and individual attention. No prior training experience is required.
